I was researching why testosterone was "needed" to have an erection, and I could not find any direct reasons.
Questions:
When doing a cycle without test (and your hpta is suppressed) do you: A) feel no sex drive OR B) are you horny and just can not "get it up"????
Are there any ideas, on how test contributes in the ACTUAL mechanics of an erection(besides sex drive)?
I found this on a website:
"The effect of low levels of the male sex hormone testosterone on erectile function is not clear. Studies have shown that low testosterone levels do not necessarily prevent a man from having an erection. Low testosterone levels, however, can decrease sexual desire."
This is from another:
"We also don’t have good information on exactly what testosterone has to do with penile erection. Testosterone can raise your desire to have sex, but it is not necessary to create an erection. "
Do you guys, when doing a cycle without test and your hpta is suppressed 1) feel no sex drive OR 2) are you horny and just can not get it up????
Are there any ideas, on what test contributes in the actual mechanics of an erection?
