I am not doctor but I think the experience of many users on this board can shed some light on the subject. I would agree that using letrozole or anastrozole before signs of gyno is a better option but if you start to get a lump then hit the Nolvadex. It's better to have it on hand just in case.

for how long now have people that experience gyno symptoms been using nolva when it occurs to help clear it....it has stood the test of time...the others which are AI's are more new to the scene and should be used from the get go if your using them.......
Interesting article. This subject has been brough up here many times and has gotten many different views. The article refers to the drug being used during the cycle, which I know some do but it should really be used with PCT.
