Interactions: T3, selegiline, and metformin

I was wondering what interactions T3, selegiline, and metformin have. I know that high dose T3 might increase chances of lactic acidosis. However I am talking about a therapeutic dose. The biggest question is what interactions selegiline and metformin have. (selegiline at 10 mgs a day for adhd)(metformin at 1 gram per day for high blood glucose level:fasting blood glucose is 107)(T3 for what I think is hypothyroidism I came back with 6.5, and then 3.5 TSH, however my body temperature is always between 97.1 and 97.6, I get cold more easily now and my current caloric intake is 1400 calories.

Everywhere I have looked rates 107 is listed as a prediabetic fasting blood glucose level. I also got a random of 170. I know this might not be a horrible for someone with diabetes, however this is more of a preventative measure.

Dont worry unless you have a couple fasting over 110..even still, this is prediabetes. Personally, i hate metformin, fucks up your stomach....try R-ALA

I take R-ala with every meal, and take astragalus which helps a little. I just got a random of 177. This is before taking T3, so I figure with small doses of T3 it might jump up a little. Also how does it fuck up your stomach.
Thanks,
GoldenThree.

TO be diagnosed with DM, fasting should be greater than 126, random and postprandial should be greater than 200.
Your at the impaired stage now, ALA will help deff....metformin can just be hell on the GI tract, but theres a less chance of going hypo than with meglitinides and sulfonylureas.

I find Chromium Picolinate up to 1000mcg per day and ALA 200mg 3 x daily to be far more effective than Metformin at controlling blood glucose levels. Metformin just makes me feel shit.
