I have used humulin r, and I weigh 180. I was up to 20iu in morning, and 20iu after workout, but you need to avoid fat for 4 hours after injection, so I just went after workout, and in morning on days I didn't work out. Start at 5 iu, and make sure to consume around 10 grams of carbs per iu that you inject within 15 mins, and also more carbs and protein later. If you get dizzy, thirsty, or tired, eat more carbs. don't go to sleep, or you could get hypoglycemia and go into a coma. Be sure to read up on diabetics first, though!!
