You can get fucking huge, I promise. But start off small, please like 5iu post workout then go up to 7iu, then 10iu until you feel like you are benifiting from it. The deal with growth and insulin is they compliment eact other in the body, but it is not nessesary to take both, just better. When your on Growth you slowly become more resistant to insulin so by taking it you help your budy become more effecient. GH also down regulates T3 that's why a lot of BBers take small amounts of T3 even on their bulking cycle.
