INSULIN USERS: How long do you stay on?

For experienced insulin users, how long do you usually stay on? what do you consider the"safe" range to be?

I would suggest two weeks on, taper off the third week, two weeks off. Others may have different suggestions so keep reading

3 on 1 off so it ends on week 11

well, 3 on 1 off repeated three times sounds good to me. 11 weeks is exactly the length of the football season.
