Insulin twice daily?

ANyone use insulin more than once daily?

At the moment im using just post workout at approx 7pm..

Anyone use it more than once daily? Am thinking about a morning shot as well..

Unless your diabetic or Ronnie colman you shouldent be takin insulin..IMO

I know people who have taken it in the morning and PWO. I used to take it pre and post workout.

there are poepl who take am dose and pwo dose, but pre workout i dont think that is a very good idea

Thats how I've seen it used, but I don't think its a drug thats worth using.

doing it pre work out will give u crazy pumps and gains just make sure you got carbs with you man....even one of those carbo force shakes will do........i did it post workout for like a month and i didnt notice 2 much....i naturally get hypoglocemic from time to time so when i did insulin there was like no end to it....somethin i mite try again in the wintertime......after a while the stuff will fuck your pancreas up for good tho

There ya go. I didn't have it at the time but now I would drink my WMS shake throughout my workout with it. I can tell you one thing, on my last cycle no one started asking questions until I added insulin. It's hard as hell for me to keep the fat off though. I would use it again because I'm natural for now but I have to get my diet in check first.

How much are you taking at a time? And if you are taking it at 7pm what time do you go to bed? Don'y you worry about your blood sugar dropping while you are alseep? I was told to stay active or awake until the slin is out of your system.
