OK I know all about insulin. I have researched it for about a year now I just have a question with about the insulin pin. OK im going to quote a tread I read on here.
"If you get slin that is 100 units per ml, then get U-100 insulin syringes. It will hold 100 units(iu's). The pins are marked 10, 20, 30, etc. The 10 is 10 iu's. Then you have 4 little lines between 10 and 20 and etc. Each little line represents 2 iu's. Don't use a U-50 pin with U-100 insulin. You can but just be good at your math."
The type of insulin I am getting.
"Humulin R 10ml vial (100U/ml)"
The type of pins I have to choose from.
(A)B&D Micro Fine IV Syringe 1/2cc 27G 1/2 inch needle
(B)B&D Micro Fine IV Syringe 1cc 27G 1/2 inch needle
So if the above quote is correct I should go with (B) right?
Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question just wanting to make sure.
