I've always been under the impression that you have to eat low fat as with insulins' "shuttling" abilities, any fat you eat will be gained gram for gram on your body? But is this true? I've run insulin many times before, but because I tried to eat clean, I dont think I was eating enough calories to grow. This time I am thinking of running it along with the high fat diet I am currently running. I am also running a fairly heavy cycle and 5 iu of jintropin per day
 
I don't know if I'd keep the HIGH fat diet...but a little fat is ok. It's true about insulin causing fat storage, because it shuttles glucose into the cells, and stimulates glycolysis (which uses glucose). It also inhibits hormone sensitive lipase, which would break down fat. Not only that, it stimulates triglyceride synthesis.

So all things lead to fat storage...so just be careful with the amount of fat you're taking in. If you start getting too fat, just drop the fat cals down.
 
With the amount of Gh ur using and maybe alittle t3 I would doubt that with a clean diet and moderate fat you will gain fat.

I really cant get enough calories when eating pretty clean, thats why I dropped the insulin in the first place. But I would really like to givei nsulin another try, so I may just run it with the diet that I am running, and keep an eye on my bodyfat levels. Along with the 5iu of jin, I am also running 25mcg per day of t3, so hopefully that can help offset the fat gain
 
I hear once u get the gh higher than 4iu the slin fat gain becomes less of a problem, and I think running the t3 is a must if u want to maintain a somewhat lean physique with gh, why not just eat the fats but be sure not to eat them around an hour b4 slin injection or 2 hours after(depending on type of slin)
 
does gh tend to make you tired after your inj? I was shooting PW and mid afternoon, seemed to make not want to go to sleep, but just not a lot of energy, I tried shooting my pm inj (gh only) b4 bed and I slept much better
 
I was getting tired with the gh initially, but I've been on since oct so it seemed to go away. I only use the slin on workout days, but its in my system for most of the day, so if I avoid fats then I cant get enough calories in as 5 of my meals happen during that time

I can see how that would be a major prob for a workout day, I have been thinking more about what dr jmw says about not using slin with gh, I did just add t3 at 25mcg day and can tell a major diff. in leanness

it changes but generally around 4000-5000, I gave my diet to my trainer today to get a more exact count
 
Its pretty tough to eat that amount clean. You said its a high fat diet; what kind of fats are you using? Olive oil work wonders!
 
lots of EFAs for calories, I even started eating ice cream and chips too
