Insulin question

Can this stuff be taken on a low (complex) carb diet?

Why? I thought the idea of a low carb diet was to eliminate/minimize insulin spikes...as well as kick into ketosis. Maybe I'm off base here...anyone?

Hmmm, actually, some still use it to get them into ketosis faster or if they have trouble getting there.
