i do three week cycles of humalog/creatine/glutamine. i typically gain an average of 10 lbs per cycle. and i dont lose any of it. keep in mind i am also an ectomorph, therefore a hardgainer. i take the slin post workout, 3 times a week. after the shot, i take in 100g of carbs, usually an 80% malto and 20% dextrose drink mix and i throw in the glutamine and creatine with that. then i wait a little bit and take in 90 grams of protein. and then an hour or so as the insulin levels peak i take in another 50-90g of protein. and before bed i take all my vitamins, and GABA and glutamine and a 70-20-10 ration of whey, casein, and egg protein shake. usually around 50g.
i imagine that a person that is somewhat more mesomorphic in nature would benefit greatly from a cycle like this. atleast in terms of bang for your buck, since it is so damn cheap.
