Insulin Pumps - ???

I keep reading about the great pumps you get on slin...but I'm confused, if your taking slin post-workout how do you get great pumps? Or does the pump effect only apply to people that take slin pre-workout?

The increased cell volumization from the use of slin is what causes it...so if you take it say, wednesday and train on thursday, you will still get that effect...be smart and careful

Most say you can gain around 10 pounds from a slin only cycle... depending of course on where you are in regards to your genetic weight limit and such.

Do a search for slin and check out monster's insulin primer and there are some other really good posts on it.

You have to take some simple carbs with it, immediately after taking it. Take 9-12 grams of aminos along with it. The pump comes from the insulin uptake and replacing your glycogen. After a workout your muscle is like a sponge, soaking up all the nutrients it can get after depleting it's glycogen. I get incredible pumps, almost like Dbol pumps.
 
i do three week cycles of humalog/creatine/glutamine. i typically gain an average of 10 lbs per cycle. and i dont lose any of it. keep in mind i am also an ectomorph, therefore a hardgainer. i take the slin post workout, 3 times a week. after the shot, i take in 100g of carbs, usually an 80% malto and 20% dextrose drink mix and i throw in the glutamine and creatine with that. then i wait a little bit and take in 90 grams of protein. and then an hour or so as the insulin levels peak i take in another 50-90g of protein. and before bed i take all my vitamins, and GABA and glutamine and a 70-20-10 ration of whey, casein, and egg protein shake. usually around 50g.

i imagine that a person that is somewhat more mesomorphic in nature would benefit greatly from a cycle like this. atleast in terms of bang for your buck, since it is so damn cheap.

Awesome, just like a post cycle recovery regiment. Done it, and I like it alot. This is a great bang for the buck.
