Curious if anyone has experience with use of slin during weekly 24/36 hour carb loads.
Have been using Novorapid for last 6 weekend loads (I follow a CKD/Phase Shift diet Year-round) to assist in a more efficiant loading period, and have found alot less water retention/spillover, greated glycogen retention etc.. as well, good stuff!
Question is, what effect does using insulin in this fashion (once a week) have on long term insulin sensitivity/resistance and the pancreas. Contemplating weather not even once a week indefinatly could lead to being diabetic.
on a side note, currently on Test, Tren, Masteron, using blast a cruse throughout the year.
