insulin...max dose?

hey all,

not new to the boards...just never post

i know enough about slin. the side effects, how to maintain blood glucose levels, ect.

i have never heard of an upper limit though. i've heard of people using 10units/ed.

has anyone gone higher? was it worth it. can you get better results past 10units/ed?

I haven't used more than 10iu/day for an extended period of time, but this is a good article on insulin, a protocol that uses up to 40iu's/day by Author L. Rea...

there are peple using more and i believe the reason is they have adapted higher tolerances(and thet need to eat to accomodate those levels) and they may be at a much higher body weight to start, Insulin is Always A DICE ROLL=THE LOWER THE DOSE THE BETTER.IMO BTW HAVE HAD HYPO,NO PROBLEM BUT WHAT IF I WASNT PREPARED?
