insulin as a bridge???

I always use Insulin off and on between cycles to maintain and even add mass. Just make sure you know how to use properly because it isn't something to take lightheartedly. Throw in a little Growth and T3 and you have a very good bridge while off of gear.
 
I usually go with about 6iu's before breakfast and an additional 6iu's after workouts. Make sure you consume at least 10g of carbohydrates shortly after your injections for every unit of insulin used. You should also utilize a combination of quick acting carbs and slow released carbs. Try to keep your diet clean because insulin can tend to also add a lot of bodyfat.
