insulin and bulking

Hi guys, what dose of insulin is the best for bulking and I was wondering if it works by itself or t has to be stack with a roid like test or any other compound, thank you.

insulin can be used solo but really works best stacked

you can start out with 5iu's post workout with a dex shake then eat a balanced meal

keep in mind insulin is highly overrated and i think you are wasting your time but by all means try it out safely

I would avoid using insulin at all cost unless you are aiming at competing in Mr. Olympia. There are way too many risks associated to its use, so I would rather try out other options first.

Unless you are a very high level competitor, insulin is just going to make you fat. It is also extremely dangerous.
