does anybody play footbal, track, soccer or a similar sport then use insulin post-event for recovery. I was thinking it might be tricky if you were close to dehydration. It would be my first time using it.
I play in a 90 minute soccer match once a week and was looking for something to help immediately since its so catabolic. Also should I also take it post workout as well as post soccer practice (7 x week) or would that be too much? What about dosage-I was thinking in between 8-12ius, obviously working up from a lesser amount.
Am a taking this a little too far and a post workout drink would be enough? I'm already running 500mg/Test and 250mg/EQ for general recovery and prevention of catabolism.
