Insulin 4 weeks on/off

Has anybody run low/moderate doses of slin for more than 4 weeks at a time?
Like for example post-workout for a whole cycle.

yes i used to do 10iu am and 10iu post workout averging 10 grams of carbs per 1 iu of slin i gained 14lbs after the first month but crashed by 10 lbs when i stopped it is a superb mass builder but i went to hospital twice after feeling very ill ,i used the act rapid
