Instant results--Whoa!

Guys, EF inspired to get my ass working. For the past 3 weeks, i just started lifting.
My diet has been flawless, cardio has been flawless, and workouts have been great. My physique is changing bigtime. Xenadrine works great also. Ive gone from a flabby 170, to a solid, still a little flabby, 158.
Im extremely pleased! Seeing the results gets me even more motivated to work harder!! I will emphasize the key though is DIET. I eat grilled chickens(4) every day, and spread them out. I mix them in with a few protein shakes, and then my incarnation breakfast. This has worked wonders for me!

that its 90% diet and just 10% training that
makes the difference.

Thanks for the comments guys. Instant Breakfast is a morning shake, it's the weak link in my diet, but it's in the morning, so i will burn it off when i lift. Its like 5gs Protein, 27carbs, 0 fat.
