insomnia after cycle!!

is it noraml for someone to have insomnia after a cycle of fina.... ive been off it for 1 week and I still cant get any damn sleep!!

could you sleep during your cycle? I have a lot of trouble sleeping while on. exp. fina but try taking like 4 tylenol PM's they work pretty well for a start. also if I can't get to sleep one night it is because I went to bed late the night before adn slept in late. If I can't get to sleep by like 3am and have to get up at 6am I just stay up that day sucks hardcore but I will definitly be going to bed early that night. and it gets my sleeping back in order. I try to stay on the same sleeping schedule it works best.

no I could not sleep during my cycle...had many sleepless nights...but I dont understand why im still having them, even after my cycle

just wondering if this is normal, a few days or so after the cycle

get some 5htp bro...some of it converts into melatonin and it helps u sleep like a baby...plus it converts into seratonin so it keeps u happy all day looong.
