also, does inositol have withdrawl? 5htp supposedly doesn't have withdrawl but when i quit suddenly when i was getting serotonin syndrome (in retrospect i should have tapered off), i got bad serotonin syndrome. are there any side effects or withdrawl symptoms of this product?

let me know how it goes. ive got an anxiety disorder Im doing cognitive behavoural therapy for. Luckily, for me, CBT works well for the anxiety disorder i have because theres not a huge genetic component associated with it.

I wanted to try inositol though. Let me know how it goes.
