Just seperated my colar bone and acromion prosses in accident, feel like the last year of work is down the drain. anyone ever done this, or know how long i will be out of the game. Doc has it immobilized for three weeks till evaluation. Frustrated, any advise how to keep muscle mass and not totally blow up while couch ridden for awhile? Thanks brothers...
 
keep your diet as good as u can bro. I would take glutamine at 30 mg a day broken into 4 doses. Should help some. Just make sure u let it heal fully before going back. It sucks to see it go but if u r fully recovered u will come back even stronger and faster.
