Any AAS or Sarms speed up the healing process?

I would say time is the true healer, no need to take something feel a little better and then end up hurting it again, just my thought but I'm sure someone will chime in with a miracle SARM that might help. Good luck bro, what did you hurt?

I tend to agree. Heal properly with rest and rehab 1st.

What kind of injury? Ostarine, tb500, hgh would be awesome for healing an injury. If it's in the joints, a low dose of deca could help alleviate some pain with that combo but it would only mask the problem

I fucking hate injuries.. UGH.. seems like things are going great, smashing PR's and then some soft tissue injury comes on and if you keep slamming it becomes chronic. rest is the best medicine and unless you want it to become a chronic problem that's really your best bet.

but it all depends on what the injury is and what caused the injury. a lot of times guys start getting injuries due to imbalances. I see a lot of dudes in the gym who can bench 350 but can only pull 100... that's going to catch up to them long term having a very strong front and a weak back. people who wear gloves will develop forearm, elbow, and wrist problems, people who wear belts will develop stomach and back imbalances. there are a lot of mistakes I see guys making on a daily basis. that Elliot guy on youtube talks a lot about body imbalances.. a great way to help is stretching.. hot yoga is an amazing tool because it helps you stretch MORE than you can thanks to heat. you will feel so much better

There is nothing little about me. And I'm not French. I'm also not a kid 42 to be exact. Canada is boring? Rolls eyes. I'm not fat either. A loser is someone who makes 100$+/year, owns a mortgage, has a kid, is married, owns 4 vehicles one of which is a 21' rv, works in emergency situations in a hospital, is fluent in English and German, has 3 degrees and 9.5 years university, plays well left and right handed guitars and Bach fugues on keyboards, has a cscs from nsca for personal training. You r the person who needs to suck your own dick asshole, that is if it still works. Some people need roids, others don't small man.

how about we cut all this nonsense out and get back on point.

so what I am going to do is edit out a couple posts, and lets remember the rules of treating each other with respect and next time I will send a couple of you to the showers for a day or two.

the next person you insult on here could be the guy who saves your ass when you are on your last rep trying to hit a new PR. remember that.. you would be surprised how many gym go'ers are on EF.

Haha yeah that was a cool story but steve is right let's get back on point here. I also agree with him about the imbalances, many injuries can be caused by core imbalances. A hammy is nothing to mess around with strongbow, give it a few weeks and try to stay off it much as possible, I'm sure you'll be 100% in no time.

if its a small tear then it will heal up in no time.. I had a pretty bad tricep pull/light tear and I worked through it and it took a couple months to completely heal.

you can probably work through it.. muscle injuries aren't a big deal at all .. just don't go heavy obviously and pull the muscle more
