Injury update.

Well, bros. I just got back from the doctor today about my knee and he told me that there was no ligament or cartlidge damage and all my x-rays are normal. So that's a very good thing. He told me that I probably pinched my fat pad in my knee and it will just take time to heal. He said I can still lift, but I have to stay away from squats and heavy weights. I'm suppose to go see him again in three weeks and let him see how things are going. Hopefully by then I can get back to normal.

I'm glad things are good and no serious damage......DO WHAT HE SAYS!

Don't be stupid and try to do squats or heavy leg presses because there's no pain.......consider it a warning sign.....

Thanks div. I have no plans on doing anything other than what he told me to do. I don't want to be out of the game any longer than I have to be.

Nah he told me to stay away from weights for a couple of weeks and then I can do some light weight stuff, but I can't do anything remotely heavy until he releases me. So, I'm just going to bike and run on my leg day and hopefully I'll be released next time I see him.
