injured plss help!!!

hi there guys, 3 weeks ago i fell off my bike and hurt my forearm. i went for x rays and it was not broken, just really swollen and i could supinate it.

anyway i took a week off and it felt ok until i tried to train arms. well, first set of preacher curls warm up with 20kg and I heard something go and it burnt right up my arm.

since then i have been off for 2 weeks and it has got better but by no means ok. what should i do? i think i could train light but just thinking about doing any curl gives me the shakes... the pain feels like a severe forearm splint (sometimes caused by heavy curls) I have a bump on the bone thats been there all this time. what the hell?

i was wondering if i was to start my cycle this coming monday would that help with recovery and speed it up or not?

was meant to be doing:

test prop- weeks 1-6 at 100mg eod
npp- weeks 1-6 at 100mg eod
anabol- weeks 1-4 at 35mg a day

this is the most depressed i have ever been, all i want to do is train and i cant!!! im losing weight and feel like shit.

You need to see a orthopedic specialist and get a MRI done.
 
same as these guys said... go get it checked out. Do not try and push through it.

It sounds like possible tendon dmg to me, but im by no means a doctor. :jenscat
 
thanks all for the help. i step on the scale about 5 times a day and every time i think its broken or something. in the 3 weeks i been off i have gone from 200 at 10% and woke up this morning its 189. i want to cry. its taken me more than a year to put on 10 pounds naturally.
 
Have you been to the doctor yet? Stop posting, put your coat on and go now.

You'll get your weight back as soon as you can train properly again.

I agree. You are dealing with your ARM here, don't take chances! The cycle can wait until you have healed. Especially if you heard something and felt the burning! OUCH!
 
thanks for the help bros. went to my gp hes not sure what the bump is so im going to a specialist on monday. if im off for 6 weeks then ill probably end up looking the same i did when i started training 5 years ago. peace to all.
