I injured myself while skiing this past wednesday, I thought my middle finger might have been broken in fall but luckily the x-ray showed no fracture so it is most likely sprained. Doc said to keep it wrapped up as it is for about two weeks, but I think that is a long time to go without lifting, especially during the peak of my cycle (sust 500mg/deca 300mg/dbol 40mg). Honestly I think by next week I should be able to grip again, so will the week or two set me back? It really sucks that this happened because I feel so strong, and I was already 10lbs above my max incline dumbell press and 30lbs above my max squat just this past monday, so it is only getting better. Not to mention I was going to add tren around week 10, as deca gets dropped this week. What should I do right now?
