Injections

I do Quad injections, i'd like to know from you guys who also do Quad injections if you prefer to inject the day before your leg day or after ?

I'm a day after man. Especially when it is prop or sust!

it depends like mister says, if it is something that hurts and may mess you up a little on leg day, then use it after, but if it doesn't bother you then use it before, just make sure you keep your injection days the same.

I inject quads all the time and to tell you the truth I really have no preference. Its always nice to get a good stretch after an injection though
