injections?

How do you guys inject in your tris and delts? how can you reach around, poke and aspirate with one hand? I need to start injecting in other sites as I have scar tissue building up.

I prop my arm up at a 45 degree angle helps keep me relaxed and makes it easier to reach, especially for delt shots. Also you don't get that last .1% that runs out and makes you go nuts digging down in the floor for it thinking that your cycle is now in ruins

I just lay the arm I am shooting across the front of my body and prop it up on something so it is relaxed, then shoot.
