Injections Schedule??

Guys, I'm kind of confused about common injection schedules. I hear the terms every 3rd day, 4th day, etc tossed around... Are injections on Monday & Thursday considered to be every 3rd or 4th day???

Neither. The reason for every 3rd day or every 4th day is that you body doesn't work on a 7 day a week calendar. Forget the day of the week. Today is the 16th. So you'd go 16,20,24,28, etc for every 4th day

I agree with Ulter. I have a little calender that I write on to keep me on track. When you start throwing 2 or three compounds plus hgh into the mix, things start getting to be a cluster.

depends what your using
slower acting test cyp ,enth ,sus,eq,deca,etc. most go twice a week (mon,fri)
faster acting prop,winny ,fina eod works fine (some go everyday )
then you get into certain ones that require twice a day witch is a road i dont wanna go down

He was simply asking if every third day was inclusive for the first day.

Ok, so you use the first day you inject, which is Monday, as a starting point and count from there until Thursday, which will be the 3rd day, right?
