what sizes needles do you have?
start with 1cc in your glute
and .5cc everywhere else (delt, quad, bicep)
taper up, you don't know how your body will respond
everyone responds differently, for example many can put up to 2cc in their delt, but others cringe at the thought
same for my biceps, i have no problem putting 1cc in there, but others won't touch them
so. start with 1cc in your glute, .5cc everywhere else
if it feels fine, do 1.5cc in your glute next time and 1cc in the "everywhere else" spot
rotate as often as possible to eliminate scar-tissue buildup
