Injection times

I like to inject a couple of hrs prior to hitting the weights,it seems let it start to distrib into muscle mass then force blood flow into muscle group while lifting, helps to distrib through out, for sure on legs and lower body day, large muscle group lots of pump, no scientific info, just personal works great for me.
 
when is the best time to inject on workout days?

what are u injecting ? if its not Test suspension , tne , doesnt really matter , although I prefer mornings , sometimes when I injected at night I had trouble sleeping.

I agree. Your fast acting aas can really kick you in the butt. Slow acting esters such as enanthates it will not matter. Propionates, suspensions, injectable d-bol, acetates and alot of your water base injectables will have jittery sides and even nausea and high blood pressure. With your slow acting esters it's really up to you weather or not you want to aspirate. With fast acting I recommend aspirating every time and not taking them near bed time at all. I like to stick on leg days because I inject into glutes or quads, to help work that oil in and help obsorbtion.
 
Right on! Even with the long ester tes after tes/blood saturation and half live accumulations( longer on higher hla's and much higher saturation levels) the long ester tes cyp will still roll your blood pressure up substantially when I'm at 600/400 tes/ deca pops the sat levels and half live accumm almost as hot as susp without the pain of that short ester bitch! But workout days/ shots for me perfect!
