WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IS TAKE 3CC EVERYOTHER DAY IN THE BODY PARTS THAT ARE WEAKER. IN YOUR CASE YOUR ARMS. GET A 21GUAGE 1 1/2 IN NEEDLE AND SUCK IT UP. SWITCH THE PIN TO A 25GUAGE 5/8IN NEEDLE. GOES IN NICE. BE SMART WHEN SHOOTING. BE CAREFUL. YOU MUST GO INTO THE MUSCLE SO IT FILLS UP AND EXPANDS. KEEP SHOOTING 3CC EVERYOTHER DAY FOR 3 WEEKS THEN CUT BACK TO 3CC TWICE A WEEK AND KEEP IT AT THAT UNTIL THE MUSCLE EXPANDS AND YOU LIKE WHAT U SEE. GOOD LUCK.

this is not a flame.... but dude, ifyou are asking a question lik that abouta product like synthol ???? you need to do alot of reading and searching bfore trying it. i could write pages on synthol. use the search and read till you cant read anymore.

I'm using syntherol brand currently and it works great. Just remember don't get ridiculous and try to add 3 inches and expect it to look natural. Also remeber to massage the muscle for at least 5 minutes after the injection to prevent lumps and scar tissue. If you feel a lump form stop injections until it goes away. I started with 1cc in every muscle belly for about 5 days and then went to 2cc for 5 days and then 3cc for 5 days and now only use 3cc's twice a week. Let me add my reason for using it is to stretch the fascia and not for the quick fix.
