what is the max you can inject into your delts? biceps? thighs? glutes? etc...

I've done 3 in quad and glute and a little under 3 in the delt.

Glutes 4cc

Quads 2cc

Delts 1cc

Bicep 0.1 CC (IGF-1 only)

It also depends on the UG. What I'm using now does not give me any pain, even injecting almost 3cc's in the delt. The last UG I was using hurt a little more.

havent tried enough diff labs to tell any noticeable difference.

I've tried two and there is a world of difference between the first and second one. I am on test prop which can be painful. Second lab, no pain, smooth as can be.
