Do you have to inject in the site of the muscle you worked that day? Will the gear only effect the muscle it is injected into?

No, Some people believe that short, or no, estered gear - such as testosterone suspension and winstrol - will yield gains at the site, but you do NOT have to site inject to have the gear be effective.
