Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I am taking 50mg of Winny every other day using a 28ga 1" syringe and have noticed that one it causes some pretty severe pain for the next several days. The other day I injected high and to the left on my glute and now I have a baseball size knot that is pretty painful and is slightly feverish. Is this normal or did I do something wrong. I used to be an EMT and have gotten pretty good at self injection so I know my method of insertion is sound. Any information would be appreciated.

Sounds like something you're using is not sterile.... ordinarily I'd suspect not using alcohol or nonsterile syringes or method, but since you were formerly EMT I guess that rules those out.
Your gear is probably not sterile. You may wanna try putting it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes...

its water based. massage the injection site after to help disperse it. massaging oils doesnt work, but water based does. it will help alittle. its winstrol. its painful.

Yeah I just drink my Winny in orange juice ED in the morning I had the same problem. Would swell up real big at injection site and sore for about a week. No problems now.
Don't try putting it in the oven... If your off a little on temp your going to cook the water out of it.. And yes the rubber will melt... its a pain and its bad advice... Cooking works good with oils on the stovetop in a pot of water..220 degrees boiling for 5 minutes.

What you can do from know one and ALOT of people do this, is yes, drink it. Draw it out as if you would inject, but inject it in Grapefruit juice... Grapefruit juice is high in dextrose and will help get it into your system 500 times faster.

i would tell the doc it was a spider bite. admitting to self medicating is a big no no for insurance purposes.
They are going to know it was not a spider bite.. Who do you think he will be talking to?? They will look for fang marks.. They will have his blood tested and he will go through alot of bullshit for nothing..
And you are wrong about self medicating. People use HCG all the time.(weight loss). You can buy it without prescription on the internet and inject yourself everyday and they can't say SHIT!!
you are 100% wrong. the symptoms of an abcess mimic spider bites and there will be a puncture wound from the injection. not all spiders are huge leaving terrible bite marks. how do i know? my uncle almost lost his leg from a tiny spider bite you could hardly see. who gave me this advice? my friend, who is a doctor.
as for self medicating, you are also wrong. you cannot self medicate. period. end of story. anything put in your chart, which insurance companies read regularly, that shows you took prescription meds without a prescription is illegal and voids most health insurance in the future as you are considered a risk. blood work will not show what aas he is on. they wont even be looking at that. funny you say insurance companies cant do shit. too funny. either youre too young to know what youre talking about or you just dont know. heres free advice, never admit to self medicating to a doctor. once its in your chart, youre fucked.
and just because you can order prescription meds illegally on line doesnt mean its ok to take them. that makes zero sense.
Or you can hold it under your tongue for about 15-20 mins swish it around and swallow it you can actually feel it hit you imediatly love doing that right before a workout

What happens when they drain the abscess to get a sample to find out what spider it was that bit you. They will know your fucking lying, and they can get that fluid tested for anything. And no I'm not too young, but you are right, I do not know... And neither do you!! Is his doc your friend (as you say your doctor friend gave you this advice) No!
Don't you think a Doctor would think..hmmm this guy has some muscle and now has an infection in the most common spot people inject in. Get real bro!! 90% of doctors are not assholes. And if you say I got stuck with a needle..(maybe by a friend as a joke, maybe you were practicing an HCG injection or got practiced on with bac water because someone you know needed their 200 sticks to get certified).
Here's one for you bro... My Ex is in the medical field... She had to practice injections on herself and others(I.V.) in and outside the classroom. You mean to tell me if she got an infection my insurance company wouldn't pay for her to be seen? You are blowing your lid for NO reason!! My advice... DON"T LIE!! They will know!
Not really, know a guy that got bite by a little brown recluse. You could see right were the two fangs went in. looked like two pinholes. The spider was about inch in length

Shoot a 1inch spider is big to me, ill be running like little bitch if i seen one that big. The biggest spiders we have over here are daddy long legs

As a former EMT self medication is legal dependent upon your state laws. Texas allows self medication as long as the meds you are pushing are legal. Luckily, I have a prescription for HGH due to a low insulin growth factor on my blood work so I just told them that the injection site for the HGH was infected. The doctor called in a script for ciprofloxacin and all is good to go. USMC is correct though you shouldn't lie to the doctor, antibiotics for a spider bite may interact in a bad way with something else you may be taking i.e. steroids. It is better to tell the doctor that you would like to have doctor/patient confidentiality and explain what really happened. He, by law, can not write it down or tell anyone else, including the insurance companies, that you had self medicated with an illegal substance. He will definitely give you a stern lecture, haha, but that's about it.
HIPPA laws will not protect you. there is no such thing as doctor/patient confidentiality with insurance companies. do as you please with your own medical needs. im just looking out for people. doctors are looking out to protect themselves and someone taking illegal drugs usually doesnt fit under doctor/patient confidentiality - especially when you require treatment due to self medicating with these illegal drugs. lets hope no one has to run into an issue like this. good luck to all.
