Injection rotation

I'm injecting twice a week. Is it ok to just switch back and forth legs? Or is once a week in the same spot no good? I have a hard time with shoulder injections and glute injections.

i would wait a week before hitting the same spot, what happens is scar tissue forms, and it starts getting harder and harder to push the pin through if you don't wait. If you continue to hit the same spot more blood will come out after each injections. I would at least wait a week, but try to find other sites to inject.

Hitting each quad once a week is fine.

I'm just curious, but what is it about the delts that makes injections for you difficult. I had no problems the first few times, but now I can't put it in. I get an awful pain when I get about 1/4" in. I end up having to pull it out and inject elsewhere. Anyone have suggestions?

ye, you can't put it in cause you need to let it heal longer. Are you bleeding more, you may get a little crunch when injecting now, by hitting the same site constant, thats why you need more sites
