injection question

on my bottle of B12 it says injections can be done "deep sub-q". what the fuck does deep mean?? can i still use a regular insulin pin? is that - DEEP enough? I have been doing them in my abs and im around 10%bf so there not a lot of fat at the injection site.

A subcutaneous injection,_is given in the fatty layer of tissue just under the skin.
An insulin needle is normally used, but for people with alot of bf and I mean alot: above 20% bf then the injection is given 'deep sub-q' ensuring the substance is delievered to the site.
In your case of 10% bf, regular slin pin is fine. Hope this helps.
