Injection question??

For a beginner i say the quads because there arent too many veins and you can see what you are doing. Delts are easy also but the quads are more accesible.

thanx Golfer18

I've been doing delts and quads but delts are my favorite. I don't think there are a lot of veins in the delts, shots "in the arm" are very common and I once asked my doc's nurse who didn't appear to have aspirated a B12 shot "how do you know you won't hit a vein" and she replied that "there aren't a lot veins in the shoulder." I didn't mention the word aspirate to her for obvious reasons. But either way, it's always possible to hit a vien so just aspirate. But I will say that with a quad you have two hands and with a delt you have one hand to work with. My delts just don't seem to get as sore. Go figure.

Quads would be the easiest because it is right there in front of you, you don't have to move into some awkward position and you have both hands free to aspirate.

I only do Quads and delts. Preferably quads. I have done Ass once i will never go thru the damn hasle of reaching around etc hard as hell to se wtf your doing and very uncomfortable. I say quads and delts myself and Glutes by my nurse.:)
