Hi guys,
I am on my 4 shot of injecting test E and I am having pain in the injection area for multiple days after.
I am inject every 4 days @ 250mg.
I am injecting into the quad (outside middle part) and have looked at pictures and almost positive I am injecting right.
needle size is 25g @ 1 inch.
There is no initial pain until the next day, I read that was normal however my leg is sore all the way until my next shot. I have alternated legs and both get equally sore. The problem I am hitting is it is hard for me to workout legs because of the soreness. Does anyone have any extra tips to help prevent this. I have pretty much no fat on my quad and from what I read you should be relaxed when injecting. Is this correct?
So I am not sure how to delete this post but I searched around more and I guess the main reason for the soreness is my muscle is not used to pinning. I will wait till the 8th pin before worrying too much. However I guess since I made this post I will ask one quick question. When I aspirate and my muscle twitches does that mean I hit a nerve and should inject another spot or is that just a reaction from pulling air out?
