Note I said for the most part since overeating for a long period of time has been shown in studies to increase the number of fat cells and not just increase it's size. It would be impossible though to replace how much fat cells they actually take out when doing lipo.
BTW - That is out of the question for now. Maybe he will choose to do that another time but doesn't have the funds for it at the moment.
