I wanted to know if I have to refrigate my sust or do anything to it before I inject it. Currently, it is stored in a cool dark closet. Can i inject it on monday or do I have to do anything before hand. Also, when do i need to you proviron.

bro, first thing you dont need to refrigerate it.

No, you dont have to refridgerate your sust it should be good to go. Unless its in a jug but if not disregard.

Proviron is up to you, it makes you hold less water and gives you a harder look.

Arimdex/Liquidex is best for fighting gyno but proviron can help too. Be sure to take your clomid 3 weeks after your last shot.
