Use an 18 gauge needle. Hold your penis with your left hand and insert the needle through the glands in a thrusting motion. Then inject. After four or five times you won't feel a thing.

after i stuck the needle in, i hooked my dewalt 18v up to it twisted it into 170 tightly woven knots, and all the hcg fell out

use a insulin needle 1cc and pinch some skin and shoot it subcontainiously. Forgive the spelling
