Injectables over the boarder

I know a guy who went down to Mexico and loaded up on Deca & EQ. He bought 50cc of each and poured them into a shampoo & conditioner bottle. He cleaned the bottles & sterilized them with alcohol. After that he sealed the inside of the lid with saran wrap and closed the lid.
When he came home he re-injected the Deca & EQ into standard 50cc AS containers. He has been on this cycle for 4 weeks with no issues.

That is what he told me. He showed me the bottles he has re-injected them into. I can't validate if it's the truth

Would the opening up the bottle and loading into a new container and then re-loading into a new container affect the sterility or performance of the gear?

OF course it would

However you could just heat the gear, as long as you take precautions to steralize the bottle u are putting it in.

This is what alot of suppliers do.
