injectable Phosphatidyl Choline as a local fat burner ?

Has anyone heard of this ? It's an Italian brand of PC and is gaining a reputation. Does it really work with local injection as a fat burner ?

It works fine if you don't have too much fat of course!
A friend of mine is using it right know to rip off fat from delt/tri meeting(sorry bro I don't know the name of the bodyparts in english).

do you have more info about the way it´s injected ? It's subcutaneous, isn't it ?
