It is suspended in a solution. Easier for labs to put in a liquid than to press tabs. Never seen it as an injectable, no need for it to be.

is the solution reliable for steady dosages? i mean are u supposed to shake it up before you draw it out ? say its 20mg/cc will 1cc be 20 and the other may only be 12 since its in liquid???
