If you are talking about that mexican reforvit-B stuff, dont shoot it. Just drink it. I did 50mg a day with pretty good results. I would strongly advise that you do not shoot it.

ive shot a couple bottles of it and had no probs. exactly one hour befor the gym. ive always had better results with the fat ink stamped lote number bottles drinking it is ok to
