injectable b12: IM or Sub-Q?

ok, i just picked up my rx for injectable b12, and it is saying to administer it subcutaneously.

that is the first time i ever heard that. i was always under the impression it was IM.

well? which way is it?

I thought I heard that there were new SC tabs out on the market, but not an injectable. I hope the b-12 does something for you, it didn't seem to make any kind of difference to me.
