Yes, of course it's fine. Whenever you're most comfortable and have time is fine to inject.

I have to at times. I poke myself on the necessary day but the time is negotiable. Depends when I can get by myself to do the deed.

I inject at night after I take a shower. Also I have found that if I inject fina at night I ont have problems sleeping at night.
