Inj. too high?

Is there such a thing as injecting too high in the glute area? When I hit the glute I always go below the waist of course but what I do, is I tense up the butt and there is a baseball size muscle that forms....I always inject into that

Yep, I hate that shit. How can you do it. I have to hit my quads.

I inject everything into delts these days, along with bis and tris. I hate glutes. I cant walk for days. I've done trap, chest, lat, calf injections. Fav are tri/bi/delt.
