hey guys, I desperately need vit b12. I just came down with a cold, and I am at a loss for energy. I am training for a PL comp and cant afford to have any bad workouts this close to the meet. Whats the fastest shipping/quickest place to order from on the net? Would my local pharmacy carry this? and would I need a perscription? I've taken it before but it was only because a friend gave me a bottle last time i came down with a cold durring comp training

I just get mine over the counter at the pharmacy I buy my needles from. Just ask for it over the counter, no scrip needed.

I've been told it's the same manufacturer as human, works fine for 1/4 the price but when I told my doctor he broke down and gave me a bottle. Hmmm wonder is that'll work for Test Cyp ?

If you are in Canada, you don't need a prescription you can most likely get it OTC at some pharmacies.

B12 is intramuscular, just like juice so use a 22 or 23 guage 1.5" pin and put the pin in your ass.
