Inj B complex or B12

I just bout a couple bottles of injectable b complex but was wondering if It would have been better to just buy the b12 by itself? Just using it for more appetite and energy, probably post cycle.

How much b12 per ml is there in the just B12 as compare to 5mcg B12 in the B complex?

personally, i take a few shots of each per week.
